Screw in the round nosed prod to explore the bottom to identify feeding spots amongst weed, hard spots where the silt has been cleaned off and gravel. Once you have identified the hot spot, change the prod with the spike and push the prodding stick into the bottom to mark for baiting and rowing out hookbaits. Take the prod from the swim and start catching! Three section prodding kit system with screw-in prodding probe and bottom spike. Bottom section with drilled holes to minimise water pressure and achieve sensitive feel. Threaded to change from prod to spike. Plain centre section.
