Same as the Prodigy Plus but including 50mmG-Lite SIC lightweight Butt ring and sunsequent line guides. The Greys prodigy is famous for providing a truly durable and powerful carp rod at a great price.
So how is it possible to improve one of the all time great carp blanks?
Make it slimmer, Lighter, and add more power? Well, all three of these feats have been achieved with th Greys Prodigy plus 50 by using an even higher grade of carbon and an improved mandrel design. The end result is a rod that is not only slimmer and lighter but also even more power despite its slimmed down diameter making it a serious performer.
The Prodigy Plus Carp Rod has also been given a fresh new look consisting of a molded soft touch CAD designed reel seat which is exclusive to Greys and the Prodigy Plus Carp Rod range. This has been designed with ergonomics in mind having a split thread underneath making it exceptionally comfortable and easy to use; it also features an isotope slot on the top making rod location at night simple.
The Prodigy Plus cosmetics are subtle and understated featuring a matt grey blank, black whippings and a few gold tippings in all the right places. Don’t just take a look at the new prodigy plus, pick one up and see for yourself!
