All parcels will be despatched within 24 hours of us receiving your order excluding any parcels ordered during the weekend or bank holidays. These will be despatched the following working day, please take this into account before contacting us.

We do not take payment until goods are ready for despatch, in cases where items are out of stock you will be contacted before we will, either send a part order, or place outstanding items on our backorder system.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

CHEQUES
If you are sending a payment by cheque, please write your address, home telephone number, cheque guarantee number and expiry date on the reverse side of the cheque, and make them payable to ROD AND LINE. No goods will be despatched until cheque has cleared usually 1 week from the time the cheques are banked. Please be aware we do not bank everyday.
